We want our customers to share the confidence in their purchase, so we offer Niello's Premium!Plus Exchange Program which allows all purchasers of used cars to exchange their car for any reason within 10 days of purchase or 1000 miles of use, whichever comes first, for another used vehicle of equal or greater value.

The Niello Premium!Plus Exchange Program is free and applies to any used car, whether it is sold "As Is" or has remaining factory warranty, a purchased extended vehicle service contract, or has passed the manufacturer's certification process.

In addition to our Premium!Plus Exchange Program, under California law, you may purchase an option agreement that allows you to cancel your entire vehicle purchase contract within the first two days after your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
